Before I came to Neurogenx, I had burning and numbness in my feet and legs. My hands had tingling, numbness and swelling. I had difficulty walking, standing for a long period of time and at times couldn’t pick up a piece of paper. I couldn’t do my favorite past time – sewing. After four weeks, the burning in my legs is gone – most of the numbness is gone – I can go on walks with my husband – I can walk up and down stairs. I feel the bottoms of my feet and my toes! Best of all, I can sew without my hands hurting! I’m also looking forward to being pill free! Neurogenx has really helped me.

When I first came to Neurogenx the Beaches, I would not walk very far. Whenever we were out walking, I would have to stop at every bench to sit down and stretch. I was constantly having pain throughout the back of my legs. It didn’t seem to matter if I was sitting, standing, sleeping, or walking, the pain was there. I tried a chiropractor before but the relief didn’t last and the pain would quickly return. I no longer have any pain in my legs. I saw a difference within the first 3-4 treatments. I am now able to do so much more because I can walk further.

When I first came to Neurogenx, I was looking for relief from the neuropathy symptoms, as well as from the swelling of my feet and balance problems. I’ve taken medication for 2-3 years, but it hasn’t helped my symptoms. So, I was looking for treatment that could keep me away from taking so much medicine. So far, I’ve seen great improvement in the swelling in my feet. The left foot has almost completely gone down, and the right foot has improved dramatically. The pain and numbness in my feet? I had several issues when I came to Neurogenx- one was pain in my back from my sciatic nerve, a bulging disk in my back, and the other was pain in my hip all the way down to my left foot from an accident about 6 months before. The pain in my legs was so bad, when I stood up I was always worried that I couldn’t hold my weight and my knees would buckle. Now after completing my treatments at Neurogenx, all the pain is gone. I have not had to take any medication for pain in over 3 weeks.

When I came to Neurogenx, my feet were numb and my balance was real bad….as far as the numbness is concerned, it is definitely a lot better. I can feel my feet when I walk. I can even tell cold versus hot and tile versus carpet. And I can feel my gas pedal now, which I couldn’t feel for a couple of years.
